Job Description
An Inbound Telecaller is responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, clients, or prospects and providing timely assistance, information, or solutions. Unlike outbound calling, this role primarily focuses on receiving calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for callers.
Inbound Telecallers play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting company services or products, and supporting sales or service objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Call Handling

Receive incoming calls from customers, clients, or prospects in a professional manner.

2. Issue Resolution & Support

3. Sales & Service Support

4. Data Management & Reporting

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or trends to improve service quality.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
