Job Description
1. Solving the technical problems and incident management for the application or SaaS services within CRM (in this area, ensure incidents are appropriately escalated and resolved while at times also providing deep technical expertise to troubleshoot issues)
2. Resolving incidents/problems by brainstorming with clients and internal teams to define a problem and translating the incident into a problem

1. Experience working under support/incident management is a plus
2. Strong SQL experience (should be able to create complex and optimized queries )
3. Excel experience (should be comfortable with advanced functions)
4. Understanding ticketing tools like ServiceNow & Freshservice is beneficial
5. Strong logical and analytical concepts in databases
6. Basic understanding of scripting languages such as SQL/VBScript
7. Working knowledge of the ITIL model & application support
8. Attention to detail and strong data orientation
9. Ability to adapt to and learn new tools/techniques quickly
10. Very good written and verbal communication skills
11. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
12. Strong rigor in automating repetitive tasks (if needed)
