Qualification Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards.
Essential: (i) Certificate of as Engine Driver from a recognized Government Institute or equivalent
Desirable: (ii) Two years service as Sarang on a vessel of over four hundred Boat Horse Power.
Level in the Pay Matrix: PB -1: 5200- 20200 revised) (Level-04 in Pay Matrix as per vll CPC)

Qualification Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards.
Essential:
(i) Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Government recognized Institute or equivalent

(ii) Two years experience as Sarang in-charge of a Vessel of twenty Horse Power.
