1) Post No. IIA/7/1/2016 (9.00 AM to 1.00 PM)

Project Engineer-II (Mechanical) 

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate from a recognized University / Institution.

Work Experience : (a) Essential: Minimum of 5 years experience in the case of B.E./B.Tech and 3 years of experience in the case of M.E./M.Tech in a R&D Institution/Organisation. Having hands on experience in CAD and FE tools (like NX Nastran, Hypeworks) to generate solid and FE models, assemblies and to carry out simulations for dynamic load spectrums, Thermo Elastic analysis, non linear and transient thermal dynamics. Proficiency in interpreting fabrication, drawings, inspection reports, design of aerospace components and ystems, especially opto-mechanical systems for dynamic and thermal loads. Knowledge of environmental tests and protocols. Design and Analysis of Optical instruments / payloads for space applications using CAD tools like NX NASTRAN are an advantage.

Desirable : Experience mentioned above in the field of Optical Astronomy and space instrumentation.

Salary : Rs.60,000/- (Consolidated). 

Age Limit : Below 35 years

2) Post No. IIA/7/2/2016 (1.00 PM to 5.00 PM)

Project Engineer-II (Optical)

No. of Post : 01

Qualification : M.Sc (Tech) or M.Tech in Optics / Photonics / Applied Optics with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate from a recognized University / Institution. 

Work Experience : (a) Essential: Minimum of 3 years experience in any of the leading research laboratories in designing optical systems using optical design software packages such as ZEMAX, ASAP etc. Candidate should also have experience in working in ultra-clean laboratories, test and calibration of optical components and integration and calibration of optical instruments. (b) Desirable: Experience mentioned above in the field of Optical Astronomy and space instrumentation.

Remuneration : Rs.60,000/- (Consolidated). 

Age Limit : Below 35 years
