Name of the Project: Kunitz Trypsin Inhibitor & Phytic Acid In Soybean: Assessment Of Various Methods Of Estimation & Profiling Of Commercial Varieties, Promising Germplasm And Soy-Based Products In India.
Essential: Post graduation in either of following disciplines i) Biochemistry (ii) Food Science and Technology/Food Technology/Food Biotechnology (iii) Life Sciences (iv) Biotechnology (v) Botany (vi) Genetics and Plant Breeding Desirable: Work experience or MSc dissertation work involving ELISA and /or Western Blotting, HPLC related applications
