Job Description
- Responsibilities:-
- To set and maintain the Kitchen Standard
- Set new menus for promotion and festivals
- Cost control, budget and maintain the daily consumption report and sale
- Partake in the setting of banquet and corporate menus with guests
- Directly responsible to develop and successfully implement SOPs for the production department
- Conduct regular training and guide staff
- Maintain the hygiene & food safety standards
- Maintain the order and discipline in the kitchen
- Make sure that equipment is in good condition and signal any malfunction before its effects operations.
