Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
2. Assist in analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement to optimize resource utilization
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
4. Conduct time studies and work measurement analysis to establish standard operating procedures and production targets
5. Assist in the design and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
6. Support the procurement team in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities and costs
7. Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for production line employees
