Job Description

Industrial Engineer to support total supply chain of manufacturing electronic protection and electromechanical relays.

Some major responsibilities of the position will be as below:

•To design & implement processes for Product Manufacturing & procurement of Machines & facilities.

•To define & implement Workplace layout & group layout

•To contribute to evaluation of design (existing & new) for manufacturing processes. •To participate in product related special projects.

•To maintain Time standards (MOST) and derive productivity improvements

•To explore and define all fixtures and tools to the product group.

•Capacity planning in line with forecasts.

•To define work instructions and on job training material

•To co ordinate employee suggestion scheme and Value Added Measure identification and monitoring

•To co ordinate process mapping, value stream analysis and review

•To co ordinate LEAN implementation through Siemens Production System Organization:
