Industrial Engineering Intern Jobs Opening in Crescent Foundry at Kolkata
Job Description
As part of our ongoing brownfield project, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic industrial engineering intern who can give inputs in layout designing and enhancing productivity. The intern will work closely with our experienced team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with our engineering team to propose layout modifications that can lead to increased efficiency and reduced operational bottlenecks.
2. Analyse industry best practices and trends in layout design to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
3. Visit existing plants & also have to visit overseas, to gain firsthand insights into their layout design strategies and understand the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.
4. Develop recommendations and proposals for layout modifications based on the lessons learned from these plant visits.
5. Present findings and suggestions to our project management team for implementation.
