Qualification : 1. 10th Passed 2. Passed Basic Cosmetology/Hair & Skin Care CTS Course
Trade : Surface Ornamention Techniques
Qualification : 1. 10+2 Passed 2. One year NTC (NCVT) certificate in Embroidery & Needle Work/Surface Ornamention Techniques (Embroidery) Trade or Diploma/Degree (Minimum 2 years Costume Designing & Dress Making/Fashion Designing/Fashion Technology/ Apparel Technology /Garment Fabrication Technology.
Trade : Sewing Technology (Cutting & Sewing)
Qualification : 1. 10+2 Passed. 2 one year NTC (NCVT) certificate in Cutting & Sewing Technology Trade or Degree Diploma Minimum 2 years duration Diploma/ Degree in Costume Designing & Dress Making/Technology Garment Fabrication Technology approved by AICTE.
Trade : Dress Making
Qualification : 1. 10+2 Passed 2. One year NTC(NCVT)certificate it Dress Making or Degree Diploma (minimum 2 years duration) in Costume Designing & Dress Making/Fashion Technology/Apparel Technology/ Garment Fabrication Technology approved by AICTE.

The Department of Industrial Training, Haryana is imparting Skill based training to the unemployed youth through the network of 149 Govt. Industrial Training Institutes (116 GITIs and 33 GITIs for Women) and 204 Private ITIs under Craftsman Training Scheme. One year and two year duration courses are being run in these institutes.During the current academic year 2016-17, 58748 sanctioned seats in 3430 trade units have been released for admission in GITIs and 33531 seats in 1966 trade units have been released for admission in PITIs. In the year 1966, when Haryana state came into being, there were 48 Govt. Industrial Training Institutes with seating capacity of 7156. Now, there are total 353 Industrial Training Institutes with seating capacity of 88764 offering 75 trades in Govt. as well as Private ITIs. Quality of training in ITIs is being upgraded regularly by improvement in curriculum, training methodology and training of trainers. New trades are being introduced as per demand of the market.
