As an Influencer Manager, you will play an important role in driving our efforts to increase organic engagement through our social media content creators or influencers. In addition, you will help to build a strong and closely-bonded gaming community for our game. Your work will have an impact on strong brand loyalty for our games and a more vibrant local gaming scene.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with other members of the publishing team, and the development team, to define influencer plans
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers and power users, and track the impact of that interaction
• Keep key and top-tier influencers informed about the latest news on upcoming feature/product launches, major content updates, and eventl
• Establish metrics for growing, engaging content creator audience; regularly analyze & report on sentiment & make plan adjustments according to performance
• Initiate positive and supportive conversations with content creators around content, contests, information and opportunities that will be of interest to our players
• Manage content schedule and provide content suggestions to the influencers
• Develop close relationships with influencers to understand their needs
• Grow content creators and influencer marketing for the game
• Build a long-lasting relationship with our content creators

Job Requirements

• A good degree, preferably marketing related, from a recognised university
• Proficient in Bengali and English
• At least 2 years of experience in managing influencers
• Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
• Proven work in running social media community is a plus
