Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in executing influencer marketing strategies.
2. Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers.
3. Coordinate communication and logistics with influencers for campaigns.
4. Assist in the content collaboration, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Help with tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for influencer marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics and influencer KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
