Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities of Amrit Foundation of India:
- Day to day maintenance and monitoring of website, social media, service provider database and mailing list, including digital marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO, mailing, etc.
- Managing Amrit’s website, improving the website content and user experience to increase engagement
- Executing campaigns, increasing traffic and improving page rankings
- Owning the complete setup of Google Analytics to track the online behavior of visitors
- Buildingdata insights from Google Analytics through customized reports with automated tracking as per product and campaign requirements
- Developing the keyword portfolio for Google Adwordsby data mining and conducting keyword research
- Managing Amrit’s database of service providers including addition, updation, deletion and periodic check of details
- Managing all Social Media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn
- Managing digital content, creating interesting and engaging content and effectively distributing all digital marketing materials
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships to further Amrit’s reach
- Will become responsible over time, for Amrit’s volunteer programme
- Handling communications with stakeholders
- Performing any other tasks that the management may find
- As Amrit Foundation of India has an expanding profile in the field of intellectual disabilities, a self-driven and enthusiastic candidate could grow quickly into more responsible roles within the organization.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) with 1-2 years of work experience.
- Good understanding of web analytical tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively coupled with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- In particular, experience in writing for digital marketing mediums (online advertising, email etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Sensitivity to marginalized groups, specifically to persons with intellectual and developmental challenges.
- Competency in researching and assimilating information without supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic understanding of IT skills will be an added advantage.
