1. Work on accessing support for infrastructure and applications
2. Work on end-user-software support
3. Work on periodic access reviews
4. Work on security and data analytics
5. Work on customer security and RFP response
6. Work on end-user laptop technical support
7. Work on JavaScript-based Gsuite and firmwide process automation
