About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Raise service tickets
2. Provide L1 IT support regarding printing, desktop, and laptop functional issues
3. Provide hardware & software installation support
4. Provide data backup and email support
5. Ensure basic IT support is provided to the customer to ensure uninterrupted workouts of the customer
