Job Description
Team Leadership: Mentor junior technicians, manage work schedules, and oversee performance reviews.
System Architecture: Design and implement resilient infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
Budget & Compliance: Develop IT budgets and enforce data security/compliance policies.
Project Oversight: Manage technology rollout projects and ensure emergency changes follow ITIL processes
