Job Description
- Monitor residents’ night-time care routines and ensure caregiver discipline.
- Oversee vital checks, medication administration, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure resident comfort: room temperature, lighting, mobility assistance, call-bell response, and timely support.
- Handle night-time medical concerns and escalate to the on-call doctor during emergencies.
- Ensure availability of oxygen, first-aid kits, medications, and emergency consumables.
- Supervise and ensure all care staff follow resident care plans and perform duties correctly.
- Verify completeness of all resident documentation (vitals, care logs, incidents, medication records).
- Conduct spot checks on rounds, bed checks, and high-risk residents.
- Provide quick guidance and corrective feedback to caregivers.
