Designation: Innovation Fellow - Food Processing

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Map and create partnerships with the government, private, and any other institutions, which work deep in the field of food processing
2. Identify, liaison, and document the innovations that are ready to be deployed in the domain of food processing
3. Identify resource persons and subject experts in understanding value-added products and designing new value-added products across the given business ideas; creating product details and SOPs for the same
4. Landscape the existing food processing units, machinery, and technologies for the given business ideas, and create partnerships with them
