Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage all business calls, email, inquiries, PAN India. 
• Responding to email based inquiries and informing/ educating the customer about our various programs.
• Completing the process of Empanelment by assessment of the candidate. Convert the lead into business on monthly target basis.
  

Note-No cold calls, No shifts, Lead will be given.
Candidates Profile:

• A mature candidate to handle the inquiry as most of the lead coming is in the age brackets of 35-50 and senior-level professionals across the industry. ( a person will be dealing with all metro cities)Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skill (both verbal and written).Strong pitching, convincing skill.
  
• Salary Package: Salary range will be 1.8 -2.8 lacs. per annumThe probation period will be of 6 months. Salary revision after completion of probation period depending upon the performance.
  
• Qualification- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate who is passionate to do the work in inside sales domain and grow fast.
