TendersOnTime, a division of Global Tenders Services Pvt. Ltd., is hiring Inside Domestic & International Sales Executives for its Kandivali East, Mumbai office. This full-time, onsite role involves B2B telecalling to promote and sell subscription-based tender services to domestic and international clients. Key responsibilities include lead generation, follow-ups, closing sales, achieving targets, and updating CRM records. Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, aged 19–35, with 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer support. Freshers with strong English communication skills can apply. Salary ranges from ₹15,000–₹35,000/month with attractive incentives. Benefits include health insurance, PF, ESI, and annual appraisals. Work hours are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off. Selection via face-to-face interview, Mon–Sat between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
