We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, guiding prospective students, and contributing to the overall growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads into student enrollments
  • Present courses and guide prospective students
  • Achieve monthly admission targets
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships for referrals

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, telecalling, or counselling
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
  • Basic CRM knowledge
  • Target-driven and adaptable

Salary & Incentives:

  • ₹25,000 fixed salary
  • Up to ₹15,000 performance-based incentive (based on target achievement)
