About the Role:
We are hiring Inside Sales - Academic Counselors for IIDE, a reputed digital education institute based in South Extension 2, Delhi. This role is pivotal in guiding students through their course selection process and helping them understand the benefits of digital marketing programs. We are hiring at three levels: Junior Associate, Associate, and Senior Associate, for candidates with 1 to 8 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
- Counsel students on course offerings and assist them with inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents both in-person and over the phone.
Mentoring & Leadership (For Associate & Senior Associate Levels):
- Guide and mentor junior counselors.
- Take ownership of senior-level responsibilities and initiatives.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets.
- Monitor conversion rates and optimize strategies.
- Use CRM and sales automation tools for maintaining records and generating reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support senior management with special tasks and additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- 1 to 8 years in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- CRM proficiency and data-driven approach.
- Trustworthy and an excellent listener.
- Must be currently residing in Delhi.
Expected Deliverables / KPIs:
- Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.
- Drive referral sales and reactivate dormant leads.
- Maintain and improve sales conversion ratios.
