Meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly admission (sales) targets
Will be responsible to onboard students & job seekers in the various job linked learning programs of LearnJobs
To help students & job seekers understand the various job-oriented training programs of LearnJobs
Advise students & job seekers the right career path to choose
Help them understand the various assessment processes to take an informed decision while choosing a career
Explain the benefits of the course, answer all queries and the admission procedure and convert potential students & job seekers to confirmed seats
Maintain regular communication with prospective students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems
Desired Competencies
Target (sales) orientation, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
Assertive and convincing
Willingness in career counselling (in education, training & admission)
Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
