Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and qualify leads to assess potential opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
Sales & Business Development:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads, handle objections, and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM software and track interactions.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and account management teams to ensure smooth deal handovers.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
