MaxTruckers (product of eMaxLabz Solutions Pvt Ltd) is a leading logistics service company in the USA. We are looking for a talented and competitive customer support executive who is having good communication skills. You will play a fundamental role in client verification activities that helps the process of the sales team smooth, post-sales support to clients, and coordinating with channel partners ensuring a smooth quality experience to our clients. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, and the clients.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Lead Generation
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements
- Graduates any discipline
- 3+ Year’s experience in international sales (USA)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working on a CRM (good to have)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
