Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone, email, or online platforms, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable products or services. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
This role does not require frequent travel, making it ideal for candidates who excel in virtual communication and enjoy working in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research potential customers through digital platforms, databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, or messaging platforms.

Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs, timelines, and budgets.
2. Consultative Selling

Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their challenges and requirements.

Educate clients on company offerings, features, and benefits in a consultative manner.

Recommend products or services that best fit the client's goals and business model.
3. Sales Closure Support

Handle objections and queries with confidence and professionalism.

Provide quotations, proposals, and pricing information aligned with client expectations.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to facilitate deal closure.
4. CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and opportunities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).

Track daily activity, call notes, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.

Regularly update the sales pipeline and share reports with the Sales Manager.
5. Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted advisor for clients during the decision-making process.
6. Collaboration & Improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and lead generation strategies.

Provide feedback to product teams based on customer conversations.

Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and continuous learning programs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Communication & Sales Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional languages a plus).

Active listening skills with the ability to empathize and advise.

Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).

Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office (Excel, Docs, Sheets).

Basic understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Teams).
