- Build and increase overall qualified pipe for the Sales team
- Generate new leads using email, LinkedIn and cold calling
- Knowledgeable in B2B Sales Cycle
- Identify needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all activities on CRM
- Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities
- Identify prospect list and contribute to prospect nurture campaigns
- Accountable for prospect meetings or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas
- Go-getter attitude
- Ability to operate independently with minimum support
- 3+ years of Inside Sales/Lead Gen Experience
