Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients using various online platforms, directories, and databases.

Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach methods.

Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and prospect engagement.
2. Sales Communication and Presentations:

Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions based on product or service offerings.

Deliver product demonstrations or presentations through video calls, webinars, or screen-sharing tools.

Customize proposals and presentations to suit each client’s business model and challenges.

Address customer questions and objections effectively during the sales process.
3. Relationship Building and Account Management:

Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up consistently with leads through emails, calls, or messages to stay top-of-mind.

Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain regular contact with clients post-sale to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
4. Sales Closures and Targets:

Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain updated records of sales, leads, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Report weekly performance, challenges, and market feedback to the sales manager or business head.
5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Identify gaps in the market and provide insights that can shape marketing and product strategies.

Share client feedback and common objections with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration and Reporting:

Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.

Work with the field sales team or channel partners to support their lead development process.

Submit regular reports on lead status, closure rates, and campaign performance.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and skill development workshops.
