Job Description

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Qualify leads and understand customer needs through effective communication and needs analysis.

Present tailored solutions for cybersecurity (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security, DLP tools) or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Coordinate virtual meetings and product demos with potential clients.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and opportunity information.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, or Cloud domains.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.

Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud products is preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, WatchGuard, Sophos, Seqrite, etc.)
