Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle for our IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:Generate leads via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Understand and articulate AAKIT’s service offerings to potential clients.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data.
Support marketing campaigns and webinars by reaching out to target audiences.
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and initiate contact.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to improve lead quality.
Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BSc, BE, etc.) / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in technology sales and a career in IT services.
Basic understanding of the sales funnel and lead generation is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.
