Job Overview
We're hiring a tech-aware Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch our IT services, and manage client communications from first contact to conversion. This role requires working in a rotational night shift to cater to international clients (mainly US and UK).

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling
  • Understand and explain IT services like websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls, client follow-ups, and demo scheduling
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and pricing documents
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Meet monthly lead and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales
  • Basic technical understanding of web/mobile technologies, APIs, and CRMs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Graduate (preferably B.Tech/BCA/MCA or any background with good IT exposure)
  • Willingness to work in rotational night shifts

Good to Have
  • Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, etc.)
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to preparing proposals, pitch decks, or technical documents
