Job Description
- Coordinate by contacting end customers and partners through telemarketing/phone calls, email, and mailings to qualify leads and work with sales team to ensure lead progression of existing leads.
- Telephone/cold call prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Keep track of and manage customer and partner relationships by responding to requests for information.
- Ensure hand-offs to sales and support teams to ensure the brand exceeds customer satisfaction at all points of interaction.
- Ensure reporting and communication meets all internal and external requirements as assigned.
