Job Description
Galactic Client Services is hiring Inside Sales Executives for outbound domestic and international sales, focused on the US market. This full-time, onsite BPO role is based in Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana, and runs night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Friday. During probation, alternate Saturdays are off; post-probation, weekends are off. Responsibilities include engaging US clients via outbound calls, pitching services, converting leads, CRM updating, follow-ups, and meeting KPIs. Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, aged 18–35, fluent in English, with 1–2 years' experience in international BPO or US outbound sales. Salary up to ₹45,000 depending on performance.
