Job Description
Job Summary
- As an inside sales executive, you are not responsible for generating sales leads, instead, the sales leads will come to you.
- All you need to do is to close the sales using the amazing service, product and pricing we offer.
- You will be interacting with leads globally, especially with customers in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific. The mode of communication will usually email and occasionally over the phone.
- You will be communicating with the potential customers, understand their needs, clarify what we offer, provide a sales proposal and quote and generate invoices to get started.
- You will be trained in this whole process so all you need to come with an open mind and a willingness to learn from the best and work hard to gain these skills.
- Our customers are large global companies that are household names, small to medium-sized companies, and startups.
- Our sales cycles are short and the leads are prequalified so the sales process is easy with an extremely low rejection rate. You will work in a positive environment and stay positive during this process.
- Great communication is critical to the success of this role and as a result, you need to be proficient in spoken and written English. You will also be required to coordinate with our technical team to provide a high touch service to the customers.
- Post-sales, you will also be responsible for ongoing account management and handling new requests from leads that you helped convert to customers.
- We are a fast-growing company and looking to scale our world-class Sales team with people who can develop an incredibly successful long-term career at Turbolab Technologies starting in Sales and having the potential to get into Customer Success, Operations and/or General Management roles.
- You will be working alongside people with more than 25 years of experience between them, giving you a chance to learn and get mentored by some of the best in the industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Rapidly respond to, and qualify inbound inquiries regarding interest in our services across from sales leads globally
- Build a great first impression with our prospects over email or phone by adding value during every customer touchpoint
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest and excitement in our solutions.
- Partner closely with teammates, experienced Team Leads and Growth Marketing to develop creative strategies to increase conversion rates from lead-to-opportunity.
- Use a data-driven approach to forecast and execute on a self-developed strategy to consistently achieve goals.
- Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Act as a consultant by providing solutions to Clients’ business needs.
