Inside Sales Executive Job in Charmboard at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities: 

• The Incumbent will have to work closely with the customers to offer solutions and to drive company’s revenue, as well as operations. 
  
• Should be able to set up meetings for the field force
  
• Identify the right people to connect to and manage company's relationships with the client-partners
  
• Run campaigns on e-mail, calls, and social media to get meetings with the relevant people.
  
• Participate in pre-sales, creating proposals and pricing new deals
  
• Research solutions and services that the product can offer in comparison to the existing offering.
  
• Prompt response to customer inquiries and handling of customer grievances.
  
•  We are looking at candidates with previous inside sales or business development experience. 
• Incumbents should possess good communication and customer – service skills
