Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The Incumbent will have to work closely with the
customers to offer solutions and to drive company’s revenue, as well as
operations.
- Should be able to set up meetings for the field force
- Identify the right people to connect to and manage
company's relationships with the client-partners
- Run campaigns on e-mail, calls, and social media to get
meetings with the relevant people.
- Participate in pre-sales, creating proposals and pricing new deals
- Research solutions and services that the product can
offer in comparison to the existing offering.
- Prompt response to customer inquiries and handling of
customer grievances.
- We are looking at candidates with previous inside sales or business development experience.
- Incumbents should possess good communication and customer – service skills
