Inside Sales Executive Job in Flink Solutions Pvt Ltd at Bangalore

Role:

• Develop corporate client base. Generating leads, data mining and gathering market intelligence for our Talent Management suite of services.

Responsibilities:

• Making telephone calls to corporates and generate leads thereof on a daily basis
• Maintain daily call records
• Working on a CRM application like salesforce.com to manage sales funnel etc.
• ConstantIy identifying new companies to explore opportunities for our services through various mediums viz. internet, newspapers, periodicals etc.
• Ensure that a healthy suspect and prospect base is always maintained
• Should give effective product demo online
• Email communication with the customer’s contacted for sending out intro mails, product notes, proposal etc.

• Highly target-oriented and self-motivated. 
• Should have the ability to strike a conversation, build and maintain the relationship with clients over the phone.
