Job Description
Role:
- Develop corporate client base. Generating leads, data mining and gathering market intelligence for our Talent Management suite of services.
Responsibilities:
- Making telephone calls to corporates and generate leads thereof on a daily basis
- Maintain daily call records
- Working on a CRM application like salesforce.com to manage sales funnel etc.
- ConstantIy identifying new companies to explore opportunities for our services through various mediums viz. internet, newspapers, periodicals etc.
- Ensure that a healthy suspect and prospect base is always maintained
- Should give effective product demo online
- Email communication with the customer’s contacted for sending out intro mails, product notes, proposal etc.
Candidate Profile & Traits:
- Female candidates with an aggressive and positive attitude
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Should have the ability to strike a conversation, build and maintain the relationship with clients over the phone.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
