Designation: Relationship Executive:
- Roles and Responsibility:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer service but not mandatory
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales or banking sales would be an added advantage.

- Work location: white field (no travelling involved)
- Salary: 26,000ctc per month and attractive incentives
- Get associated with one of the reputed banks
- Dayshift-9am-6pm (fixed shift)
- There is no field work
- Graduates with any discipline (experienced)
- Fresher’s with excellent communication are eligible
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible.
