Inside Sales Executive

Job Purpose : (Role)
1. Attend Incoming calls of customers, understand their requirements, and provide them with the best solution solar energy system in their budget.
2. Respond to customers on email/chat by understanding their requirements and keeping long follow up with them to convert prospects into a sales
3. Educate customers about solar energy and its benefits to installing at home.
4. Goal: Follow SOP and Achieve sales target of the company
