Job Description
- To speak with the Managerial level executives of IT Departments and generating leads through Cold calling.
- Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Company’s product and service solutions over the phone.
- Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects and qualify, convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
- Generate sales by cold/warm calling current and prospective customers.
- Utilize phone, email and web tools to communicate and present company offerings.
- Work in a team environment stake holders.
- Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain CRM tool with accurate data.
- Meet and/or exceed individual product and services target set by client.
- Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue; give weekly forecasting.
- Education: Graduate MBA / B.Tech Preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Must be from Hardware and Software sales back ground and industry experience in selling IT products and concepts Viz: Personal computing, Datacenter services, Cloud solutions, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure Services, Multi Vendor Technology Services.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
- Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; Strong business understanding
- Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
