Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate sales either by answering requests or by calling to leads in a fast-paced environment. 
• You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our services.
• With your friendly and persuasive nature, you must be identifying customer requirements as quickly as possible to present solutions ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

• Calling leads generated from our website or other channels
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in CRM and keep the records for future tracking
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
• Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

Required & Preferred Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear proficiency in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection
