Job Description
- Cold Calling
- Account Mining and penetration
- Identifying new opportunities for business with existing and new clients. Managing existing relationships as well as acquiring new customers
- Supporting field sales team with appointments & quotations
- Maintaining good relationship with the customer
- To Plan & meet the assigned targets & increase better margin to the company
- Mapping the Managers of IT Department, Purchase Department in an account
- Maintaining Database of all the accounts w.r.t to Contact Details & Infrastructural details.
- Conducting Marketing activities & mailer campaigns to generate Leads
- Identifying pain areas pertaining to IT & position relevant solutions to customers accordingly.
- Involved in entire sales activities i.e.,
- Lead Generation
- Quotation /Proposal Submission
- Follow Up
- Payment Collection &
- Post Sale Service
- Achieving the targets w.r.t Top Line & Margin
- Coordinating with Vendors for Product information, Prices, Negotiations & Deliveries.
