Job Description

     Inside Sales Executive - IT Software Sales - Female candidates preferred

    Job Profile Includes :
    Lead generation through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Database Building.
    Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and closing the deal.
    Should be result oriented to achieve the assigned sales targets.
    Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
    Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
    Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
    Coordinate with various OEM's, Distributors related to product portfolio.
    Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers/Investors.
    Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure welcome letter and contract start date are correct) in coordination with service delivery engineer as appropriate.
    Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary.
    Business Development Executive ( Male):

    Responsible for focusing on a product line as a business unit and ensuring market coverage and upsell for those product lines in the respective Territory. Working with Inside Sales, Pre- sales and marketing teams to ensure reach and penetration om the market through the specified product/ solution lines.

    CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    High level of IT solutions and products selling capability preferably around Hardware , Software Applications , Security ,DataCentre, Cloud Infrastructure Solutions etc.
    Understanding of business processes in major Industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Hi- Tech, IT/ ITES, BFSI, Automotive and others.
    The ideal candidate will be able to lead discussions and foster relationships with customers. Individual will be required to monitor and track business commitments against plans/ forecasts.
    Identify structure, negotiate and maintain relationship with customers in the region.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and strategy decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key external influencers and pitch about PRASOFT range of IT services.
    Help organization formulate strategy, based on end- customer needs and the relevant ecosystem.
    Preparing Techno- commercial proposals for Board of Directors and various decision- making bodies to propose scientific software to a particular client. Working under strict deadlines, monthly targets, etc.
    Promotion of new software products to the customers.
    Profile demands ability to grasp concepts like strategic planning, buying behavior, leadership qualities and organizational behavior and implement them as per the need. Includes making three field calls per day. Functional area: Selling IT Services to Corporate marketed by PRASOFT IT Services Private Limited

    Reporting to: Head IT Services Solution & Sales

    Soft skills required: Good communication skill, Team player, willing to learn.
    Skill set required: Profile includes introduction, demonstration, negotiations, closing the deal independently and all other sales activities to develop future business and achieve targets.
