Job Description
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities by delving into the market segment and analysing problem areas.
· Perform effective demos (online/client location) with a fair comprehension to prospects and also take feedbacks of any implementation if required as per their requirement.
· Follow processes, systems like sales force or other CRM(Sales Hub, Fresh Sales, MSRA, sales Force) etc: best practices and technology to perform day to day inside sales activities.
· Establish and ensure compliance with key metrics (KPIs, SLAs etc.) with the goal of achieving higher conversion rates
· Engage with customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfil their needs with company.
· Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads to opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
· Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live product demos, how customers can capture the value and envision their future with the company.
· Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and the dynamic teaming environment with Product Solution Professionals, Inside Sales Representatives and Implementation Team to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
· Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage company customers to maintain high daily activities.
· Present action plans and results in management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives
· Demonstrate the value company creates for customers in conversations and presentations by sharing real-life examples of how other customers have achieved them.
· Orchestrate the expansive resources the company has available to help our customers be successful
Responsibilities
· Extremely customer focused on proven sales skills.
· Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· 2+ years’ experience as Inside Sales An executive with experiences in sales tools like CRM and Contact Centre applications. Experience in Inside Sales for SaaS companies would be a plus.
· Thorough understanding of the sales the lifecycle for SaaS products
· Proven ability to plan, organize and lead in a dynamic work environment.
· Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and aptitude to learn new technologies.
