Job Description
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Support pre-sales executives by explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers as per their requirements and queries
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and report the same to the Team leader
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
