Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
- Atleast One year Work experience as a Inside Sales Executive in promoting and selling ERP or related products is a must.
- Generate leads for SAP Business One ERP and Other Products of Systek ERP & IT Services Pvt. Ltd. through Data-mining, Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business 2. Networking Sites and Social Media.
- Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases
- Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects for fixing up online product demonstration. The BDM would then coordinate with VP BDM for demos and meetings.
- Connect to target companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how our services could solve their problems.
- Capable on using CRM system for day to day tracking of activities and sales pipeline
- Follow up on company's marketing inquiries, engage in conversations and make them interested in setting up appointments and personal meetings
- Update prospect database/ Salesforce with call activities and generate alternate contacts too.
- Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads
- Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by sales
- Participate in Companies initiatives on Generating Leads. (eg. running Campaigns)
- Candidates who would in future after proper training are ready to do first level meetings with Clients would be given preference
- Atleast 2 Closures per month from the 2nd month of joining is a MUST
- Punctuality, Discipline, Professionalism, Honesty and Target Orientation are a MUST & the rewarding factors at Systek and are closely monitored
- Very Particular about MIS and Reporting and Follow-ups for above KRA’s
- All the Inside Sales Executives would be reporting to the CMD
- Self-motivated, Smart Female candidates having excellent English & local Language.
- Communication, good personality & networking skills.
- Expertise in Word, excel, PowerPoint & Internet (LinkedIn, Google etc. )
- Must be a good achiever & work towards the progress of the company
- At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation/ Telemarketing.
- Experience with CRM /Software Services companies in the Indian &International Market preferably.
- Telemarketing skills including the ability of engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective
- customers in the domestic market (India) as of now and overseas may be in near future
- Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
- Candidates from in and around Navi Mumbai is preferred.
