Inside Sales Role
Responsibilities:- Overachieve against a territory specific quota
- Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Sterco’s solutions and services
- Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and proposals to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships as well as gaining market share with existing clients.
- Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and utilizes the knowledge of Sterco’s offerings and services to help customers grow & thrive
- Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Sterco’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries
- Engages onsite and remote resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goals/ meet customer needs
- Develops account relationships with single or multiple decision makers within businesses.
- 1+ years of relevant experience or Fresher with good communication & acumen.
- Sells Consultatively.
- Ability to use collaborative communication to engage existing clients in discussions that result in mutual value
- Knowledge of ERP, mobile app development, digital sales, web design sales will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
