Job Description - Inside Sales
- Actively work on generated/assigned leads
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail.
- Lead initial sales call to the prospects and classify the prospects
- Analysing & reviewing response/requirements and communicating the same to the reporting manager
- Pro-active in answering customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintains all marketing collateral and updates them. Responsible for collating case studies for different projects.
- Identifies new service offering opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
