Client: ICICI Bank
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Shift: Day (09:30 AM – 07:00 PM) | Mode: Onsite
Weekly Off: Sunday
Role Summary:
Join Athena BPO as an Inside Sales Executive for ICICI Bank’s Credit Card Division. Make outbound calls, promote credit card products, explain features, and convert leads. Maintain CRM data, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.
Eligibility:
Education: Min 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling/Sales/Support (Freshers welcome)
Age: 19–35 | Gender: Open to all
Fluent English required
Salary & Benefits:
₹14,000–₹25,000/month + incentives
Health Insurance, PF, PT, ESI
Annual appraisal system
Interview: Face-to-Face | Mon–Sat | 10:30 AM–5:00 PM
