Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify potential leads using online sources, CRM databases, industry directories, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART).

Qualify leads based on their business needs, budget, urgency, and fit.

Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emailing, and scheduled follow-ups.
2. Client Engagement:
-
Make outbound calls or respond to inbound inquiries from interested clients.
-
Build rapport with prospects and understand their challenges, goals, and purchase intent.

Provide tailored product/service information and highlight benefits relevant to the customer.
3. Product Presentation & Consultation:
-
Conduct virtual or phone-based product demonstrations and walkthroughs.

Share brochures, pricing documents, service catalogs, and case studies.

Suggest solutions based on customer pain points and business requirements.
4. Deal Closure:
-
Handle objections and negotiate pricing or packages within allowed margins.

Share proposals, send quotations, and follow up till deal closure.

Convert leads into sales and ensure payment or agreement completion, depending on process.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
-
Update CRM tools and maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and conversion status.

Generate daily/weekly reports of activities and achievements for management review.

Track and report on KPIs like lead conversion rate, call volume, and revenue contribution.
6. Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.

Liaise with operations or support teams to fulfill post-sale onboarding or issue resolution.

Gather and share customer feedback to improve service delivery or product features.
Required Skills:
