Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for our residential and commercial projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
- Understand customer requirements, provide detailed project information, and guide them through the sales process.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship management, preferably in real estate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (other regional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
